Every bottle tells you exactly what is inside and exactly why.
FORMULARS publishes the full formula behind each product, the percentage of every active ingredient, and the batch number it came from. No blends kept secret, no filler hiding behind a nice sounding word.
How a formula earns its name
Three rules we do not bend, whether we are mixing a fifteen milliliter test batch or a run of two thousand bottles.
Measure everything
Every active is weighed to the tenth of a gram before a single bottle is filled, and the resulting percentage goes straight on the label. If we cannot measure it, it does not go in the bottle.
Test in the open
An outside lab checks every batch for purity and strength, and the report is posted under that batch number the day it ships. You can look up your own bottle in the process section below.
One job per bottle
A formula is built to do one thing well. When a bottle tries to solve three problems at once, the percentages that matter most get diluted to make room for the rest.
Four formulas, four jobs
Pick the one that matches what your skin is actually asking for this season, not the one with the prettiest bottle.
What is actually in the bottle
A short, honest explanation of the actives that show up most often across the four formulas.
Squalane
A plant derived oil that closely matches the fat naturally found in skin, so it absorbs fast and never feels greasy.
Niacinamide
Vitamin B3 in a stable form. It calms visible redness and helps even out tone over a few weeks of steady use.
Bakuchiol
A plant compound that behaves like retinol on the skin without the same peeling or added sun sensitivity.
Centella Asiatica
An old wound healing herb that soothes irritation and supports the skin barrier while it repairs itself.
Every batch has a paper trail
We number every batch we mix, and we keep the outside lab report attached to that number for as long as the formula exists. Purity, strength, and the date it was checked all live in one place.
Type the batch code printed on the bottom of your bottle below and we will show you what came back from testing. Try FL0091, CL0042, or RO0113 if you do not have a bottle in hand yet.
Not sure where to start
Answer three quick questions and we will point you to one formula. If you would rather look yourself, all four are right here too.
Notes from people who use these
Field notes, sent in by people who actually finished the bottle.
My skin stopped feeling tight within about a week of starting the barrier serum. I like that I can see the exact percentage of squalane I am putting on my face instead of guessing from a marketing paragraph.
I used the clarity drops through most of last summer and my pores genuinely look smaller in photos. The batch lookup tool sounds like a gimmick until you actually use it once.
The recovery oil is the first night oil that has not broken me out. Knowing the rosehip and marula percentages up front made it much easier to trust before I even opened the box.
Switched to the renewal complex after two other retinol products left my skin raw. The bakuchiol version has been steady progress with zero peeling, and I finally understand what is in it.
I switched to the barrier serum after a stronger retinol left my cheeks raw for weeks. Within ten days the redness had calmed down and my skin finally felt normal again in the mirror.
The clarity drops cleared up the texture along my jawline faster than anything else I have tried this year. I looked up my own batch number out of curiosity and it genuinely reassured me that the two percent salicylic acid claim was real.
Harmattan season used to leave my skin flaking no matter what I layered on top. The recovery oil at night has been the first thing that actually keeps that dryness away until morning.
I almost gave up on the renewal complex around week four because nothing seemed to be happening. By week nine the fine lines around my eyes were visibly softer, so the patience really did pay off.
Questions before you order
Are the formulas tested on animals
No. Every formula is tested on human volunteers under a dermatologist and never on animals, at any stage.
How long does one bottle last
Used as directed, a fifteen milliliter bottle lasts about six weeks and a thirty milliliter bottle lasts about twelve weeks for most routines.
Can I use more than one formula together
Yes. Most people pair the barrier serum in the morning with either the recovery oil or the renewal complex at night. We would avoid combining the clarity drops and the renewal complex on the same night since both are already active.
Where are the formulas made
Every batch is mixed and bottled in a small facility we work with directly, then checked by an outside lab before it ever ships to you.
What if a formula does not agree with my skin
Tell us within thirty days of delivery and we will refund the unused portion. Details are in the returns section linked at the bottom of the page.
